Available year round - Monday through Saturday (no photo sessions on Sundays)
1. Use of exterior lake, barn and barnyard area. Self guided. $75 per hour
2. Use of exterior lake and barnyard areas in addition to access to interior of barn and enclosures if desired and access to a variety of animals (up to a maximum of 4 different animals). Includes a ranch hand/animal handler to assist with collecting animals for shoot. $150 per hour
It is helpful with the latter option if you know what animals you may want to use as a time saver during your sessions as we can have a few ready to go and easily accessible for photo shoots. The price of collecting the animals in advance and having them cleaned up and ready is built into the cost so it's beneficial to our photographers to take advantage of that.
Popular choices in the past for photographers have been:
- bunny
- chicks (typically available March thru May)
- mini highland cow
- piglets (when available - typically late summer/early fall)
- goat
- miniature donkey
*Friesian Horse(s) can sometimes be utilized - call for availability: $200 add on
You may have up to a maximum of 10 people and 3 cars (including yours) here during your photo shoot. There is not parking for any more than that. You will need to spread your sessions out to be sure not to exceed that maximum number if you are shooting for multiple groups. Please remember this is a privately owned gated estate and limits to the number of people onsite at a time is necessary.
